DOMESTIC PURCHASES OF 2020

Max Group’s 23 subsidiaries total purchases account consisted from 47% of services, 30% of raw materials, 10% of supplies, 6% of property, plant and equipment, 4% of fuels and lubricants, and 3% of rental services. 59% of the total purchases were made by Max Road LLC, 18% by Arj Capital LLC, 7% by Master Foods LLC, 8% by Suu JSC, 2% by Max Center LLC, 1% by Max Lodging LLC and other entities.

RAW MATERIALS

In 2020, 44% of domestic purchases were food raw materials, 33% road raw materials, 13% dairy products, 8% construction materials, and 3% packaging and other purchases.

SUPPLY GOODS

In 2020, 37% of domestic purchases were fuel, 29% were spare parts, and 13% were inventories and other purchases.

FIXED ASSETS

In 2020, 82% of total domestic purchases were equipment, 9% were furniture, 5% were IT inventory, and 2% were software and other purchases.

FOREIGN PURCHASES OF 2020

In 2020, 14 subsidiaries of the Max Group participated in foreign procurement and made purchases from 24 foreign countries. 57% of them are Suu JSC, 22% are Max Exim LLC, 8% are Max Center LLC and other companies.

RAW MATERIALS

60% of foreign purchases are raw materials, of which 62% are dairy products, 20% are packaging, 12% are food products, 3.7% are road raw materials, and 1% is glass raw materials, respectively.

SUPPLY MATERIALS

31% of foreign purchases account consist of supply materials which 84% of it is inventory and 16% is purchase of spare parts.

FIXED ASSETS

8.1% of foreign purchases are fixed assets which 93.4% of them were purchases of equipment and 6.5% were purchases of furniture.

TYPE OF FREIGHT

34.4% of 2020 freight will be transported by FCL40 full container, 25.8% by FTL full truck, 14% by FCL20 full container, 10.9% by LTL truck, 7.39% by LCL container, 4.6% by wagon, 2.7% were transported by air.

FREIGHT CONDITIONS

In 2020, 33.3% of the total cargo was transported under EXW conditions, 23.9% under DAP conditions, 14.9% under FCA conditions, 13% under CIF conditions, 9.5% under FOB conditions and 5.2% under CIP conditions.
